YOUR COURSES

You will see all of your 13 Kinesiology modules for your International Certificate of Professional Kinesiology training.
Each Module Includes:
One core teaching video
Multiple demonstration training videos of the individually labelled balances
Accompanying run sheets, learning resources, and documents
The exception to this is you’re A&P. This is a self-governed module, which is all theory and hosted on the ICPKP Kinesiology Plus App. You are to work through this at your own pace. You can do a little at a time each month. Do it all upfront or leave it until the end. Your choice.
You can move through the material at your own pace based on the schedule we
have sent you for your learning. This is not about rushing; it’s about integration, so
go back over the videos as often as you wish.
The key thing to remember is that you want to have completed each module prior to the
Q&A / Prac day, so you can maximise this integration time with Terese & Sarah.
Optimising Your Learning Journey
We recommend the following approach to get the most from your studies:
1. Create an empowered space and spaciousness
Watch videos when you can be present and grounded, not distracted or rushed.
Make sure you stay hydrated as you learn.
Given you now have some amazing kinesiology tools (in BKP101), some tools to consider utilising before you sit down to study are:
Switching
Visuals
Auriculars
X Crawl
CV
etc
2. Watch each video, then revisit. Many concepts land more deeply the second or
third time through. This is expected.
3. Journals.
Have your journals printed and ready to fill in as you watch through the videos.
Apply as you go
Practice with real bodies, real sessions, and real reflection.
4. Capture tool: In the housekeeping video, you will hear us talk about getting yourself a capture book. A book which you can use throughout your training to capture insights, triggers, questions, concerns, wins, and also all the areas of your life you would like to work on and receive a balance on during your studies.
5. Utilising the community area. Learning is amplified when it’s shared. Ask questions, read others’ experiences, and engage when it feels supportive, not obligatory.
A Living Learning Environment
This portal is not just a content library. It’s a living, evolving learning environment.
You’ll notice that some teachings make more sense later than they do now. That’s part of the process. Trust your timing, trust your body, and allow your understanding to unfold naturally. Remember, these resources will be here for you to revisit as many times as you want.
You’re Not Doing This Alone
Alongside your coursework, you now have access to your TNC student community space, which is available to you for the duration of your qualification, where students come together to:
Ask questions
Share insights and wins
Explore case studies
Receive support and perspective
You’re warmly invited, never pressured, to participate.
WhatsApp Group
As part of the community, we will create a 2026 student WhatsApp Group for you. Joining this is optional as it is yours (meaning it sits outside the TNC mandate), and is something that you collectively utilise with your fellow classmates for as long as you choose to be a part of it.
We will set this up during your first Q&A day.
Based on previous years, this continues well beyond your graduation and into the many years ahead as you embrace your kinesiology career. TNC students have always found this to be an invaluable asset in their kinesiology journey. In our experience, the class ‘communities’ have created some deep and long-standing friendships as well as ongoing support and connection for years to come, well beyond your graduation. You could say it is the creation of a ‘brain trust’ for your career going forward. Graduates continue to share information, resources, questions, and successes, as well as reaching out when they want a balance.
Invaluable!

To ensure this remains a safe, respectful, and professional space, by choosing to participate in the student community portal, all members agree to the following:
Treat all members with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Diversity of experience and perspective is welcomed.
Do not share identifying client information. All case discussions must be anonymised and handled with care, including the ones where you work on each other.
